Paint correction is at the core of what we do and is the service that yields the most dramatic difference in your car’s appearance.
What is Paint Correction?
Paint correction is a process of professionally restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork of a vehicle, mostly through the elimination of surface imperfections, that dull, oxidize, or haze the surface by reflecting light off in various directions, therefore detracting from a true and proper, clean, sharp, reflection. These imperfections include things like swirl marks, fine scratches, UV Fading bird dropping etching & acid rain etching, hologramming & buffer trails, and random isolated deep scratches (or RIDS).
What is Ceramic Coating:
Your vehicle’s paint is constantly exposed to harmful UV Sunlight, tree sap, bird poop, rail and brake dust and environmental fallout – all of which can eat away at the layers of your vehicle’s paint, robbing it of its glossy shine and destroying the paintwork. While sealants can help protect your paint from these harmful elements – nothing compares to the durability and resilience of a ceramic coating.
The easiest way to understand ceramic coatings are to think of them as a “hardened surface material” that bonds with vehicle’s existing clearcoat, acting as a sacrificial layer, preventing all the nasty elements from ever touching your paint. Protection is measured in YEARS, not months.
And my personal favorite – with mind-blowing hydrophobic and “self-cleaning” properties, the challenge of maintaining your vehicle’s beauty becomes almost non-existant!
